Rejected People

The List of Rejected People is a list of people who has either been expelled from or denied membership of the Genseiryu Karate-do International Federation, which is headed by the president Kunihiko Tosa.

• Nobuaki Konno - (Tried for many years to gain membership of the GKIF ending in November 2001). For many years he claimed to have been awarded the rank of 6th dan in Genseiryu by Kunihiko Tosa. This claim ended abruptly as he was caught in falsifying diploma's (certificates) using both Kunihiko Tosa's and Seiken Shukumine's names without any permission whatsoever. This resulted in obvious damage to Genseiryu and the organization in general. Giving him no choice, Kunihiko Tosa immediately cut all relations with Nobuaki Konno in May 1996. It should be noticed, that Nobuaki Konno was never awarded any rank whatsoever by Kunihiko Tosa).
