Budo profile[edit]

In 1987 Mario Roering practised Wado Ryu, but later the club changed it’s style into Shotokan. He stopped at this school at 4th kyu, in 1991, but kept on training and occasionally joined a club in Maastricht, Geneva and Tucson, AZ. After that, Mario practised Pencak Silat (style Merpatih Putih) for about 2 years in The Hague. He reached the grade of Dasar Satu. Since the beginning of 2004, he is training Genseiryu at the KLM Karate Club. Currently he is holding 2nd kyu (graduated in 17 July 2005)[2].
